Ruediger Spies is a founding partner of the firm. His key technical areas are in computer science, telecommunications, solid state physics, robotics, automotive, digital farming, and similar high-tech industries. Beyond that he also advises clients in IP strategy, FTO, and IP evaluation.

Dr. Klaus Behrndt
Klaus Behrndt is a founding partner of the firm. His practice focuses on semiconductor technology, automotive technology, digital signal processing and electrical engineering. In particular, he helps his clients in drafting patent applications and represents them during the prosecution and in opposition/appeal proceedings. He also provides client counseling such as freedom-to-operate analyses.

Dr. Axel Hager-Fingerle
Axel Hager-Fingerle studied physics at the University of Ulm and the University of Oregon (Eugene), majoring in chemistry, economics and computer science. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a Master of Science degree in 2002 and received his diploma with distinction from the University of Ulm in 2004.

Soumya Tiwari graduated with a degree in pharmaceutical chemistry at the VIT University, Vellore, India and with the degree in biotechnology, microbiology, and chemistry at Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. She has over 10 years of substantial experience in intellectual property rights and, more particularly, in the patent domain.

Cornelius Schmidt-Colinet studied Physics and did his PhD at the ETH Zurich. His focus is on thermodynamics, condensed matter physics, automotive technology, signal processing as well as RF technology and radar systems.
